It's the 8th day of rhinoplasty...
I removed the stitches in the middle of my nose today (I didn't remove the stitches on the inside).
The ones on the right of lines 1 and 2 in the photo were drawn using a design program and filled in with white to make it easier to see.
The picture on the bottom right is what I drew, and the yellow dotted line is what I think is the normal result... If
you look inside with a flashlight, it looks like there is a slit in the middle of the columella and
something is sticking out just below the slit.
Is this a side effect? Did what you put in come out? Or is this a bust?
It's not like this on the other side, but it's like this only here.
For now, there's no heat or pain and I don't think I should touch it, so I'm just leaving it alone for now. Has anyone ever experienced this?
I'm going to the hospital next Tuesday. Can I just wait a week and go to the hospital and ask?
