It's been 1 year and 7 months since my nose surgery... Occasional swelling between the eyebrows and between the eyes

I had nose surgery in January of last year... ㅜㅜ At that time, there was a lot of swelling between my eyebrows, but... it's been on one side between my eyes for a month. It was
 so swollen compared to the other side, so I went to the hospital and asked, and they said it wasn't inflammation because it didn't hurt when I pressed it and there was no fever. It was a little bloody. I don't know how relieved I felt when I returned home after being told that I could just leave it alone. But for 1 year and 9 months, when I got really tired, that area started to swell again. I thought it was just because I was tired, but these days, I wonder if the veins are sticking out. The color has turned a little bluish... It looks like it's just a little swollen, but there's no pain and I don't feel any heat, so I'm not sure if it's inflammation... ha... I don't know if it's really okay... I contacted the hospital and they said they didn't know for now and that I should see the doctor. They told me to think about reoperation..
 I'm so scared.. I'm young.. Really.. I can't have re-operation.. If it's inflammation due to the silicone... I can't put it back in..ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
