Worried about pus after rhinoplasty

It's been over two months since the surgery. Two weeks after the surgery and removal of the stitches, I went to the hospital and they said the surgical site hadn't fully healed.... I was worried because the pus kept coming out and wouldn't stop, so I called and asked and the hospital said it was okay, so I thought it was okay and went to get a progress report, but I was treated for almost an hour, disinfected, and had a new stitch done. It was a big mental blow. Since then, I've been going to the hospital almost every week to get a new stitch done. It's already been two months and the pus is still coming out. The hospital said it'll be okay as long as it heals, but I'm confused if this is inflammation or just the healing process. It's not red or painful or anything, so I'll be okay, right?
