I'm really worried about just reducing the bridge of my nose.

I don't have a very low nose bridge and I don't like putting foreign objects in my nose, so I only wanted to reduce the bridge of my nose. But each plastic surgery clinic has different opinions. In some places, they said that if they reduce the bridge of my nose, anyone would know that I had plastic surgery, and that since the bridge of my nose between the eyebrows is low, they told me to raise the bridge there. So, I thought I should just live with the shape I had, so I went to another place, and they said that since I had a certain amount of nose bridge but my nostrils were a bit big, they could make an incision of about 5mm and reduce the nostrils.
 I have never had plastic surgery before, so I don't know if it would be a good idea to have it done, or just buy it. I can't decide if it's good or not.ㅠㅠ
