I have contraception after nose surgery ㅠ ㅠ What should I do ㅠ ㅠ

Oh, the tip of my nose was red, like there was blood in it, but right after the surgery, they told me to come back 4 days later. I went there today, and they asked me why there was so much blood. I ended up crying because I think I got an antiseptic shot 20 times. I came back again on Monday . If there's this much accumulated water, they say we should remove the silicone. I can't do that and I don't have time to do that anymore. I wonder if there's a way to make it bleed a lot. Would it be okay if I sleep sitting down and move as little as possible ? ㅠ ㅠ
