1) First consultation with the director
I went without much thought, so during the first consultation, the director wanted to listen carefully to my needs, but he just naturally raised my needs,,, so the first consultation ended a little early.
2) Consultation with the director
I was having a consultation with the director, and he asked if it was my first surgery and my first consultation. When I said yes, he said, 'Oh, you need to explain it more thoroughly.' He took off his mask and said, like a student who recited a formula as soon as he saw my nose, and put on 4.5mm ~ 5.0mm silicone and septum cartilage (ears). He said he could use cartilage) and that he might not need to reposition the nasal wings and reduce the nasal bridge, but he would do it if necessary. First of all, I liked that he recommended what to do just by looking at the nose, and I liked that he was full of confidence. By just touching it, he knew where the skin was thin and thick. He told me that it was a slightly low nose and was easy to operate on, so I relaxed and told him that I was 4.5-5.0mm too high, so the director said that the height of the silicone was not important, but harmony was important. While showing it to me, my mom was persuaded and said that she wanted to get plastic surgery. I received good counseling in a comfortable atmosphere.
3) After consulting with the second counseling director and
director and hearing about the surgical method, I had a lot of questions. Instead of going without thinking like I did, it would be a good idea to know the desired nose shape, improvement points, photos, etc. and prepare a lot! After hearing this and that from the director, I also had a lot of questions. Regarding areas such as contractures and inflammation, the director is very clear. I have never seen anyone come back with inflammation or contractures after undergoing surgery. And although that may not happen, if inflammation develops within a month, it is of course the hospital's fault, so we will take full responsibility and help you. And even after that, if I got sick, he promised that he would help me as much as possible, not only financially, but also in other areas, but he was confident that that wouldn't happen, and he held me back when I was shaking. However, it is different when additional surgery is performed because the appearance is not satisfactory. However, in order to avoid additional surgery as much as possible, permission is given for at least 20 minutes on the day of surgery. It was nice to hear that it was okay to think of it as adjusting what the hospital can and wants to focus on and what I want. I asked because I didn't know much, and asked, 'If there is not much septal cartilage that can be collected after harvesting the septal cartilage, or if the bridge of the nose collapses after harvesting the septal cartilage, it was good. What should I do? What should I do if the silicone on the bridge of my nose becomes heavy and sags as I get older and comes out through my nose? What if I brought in ear cartilage and my ear collapses? What should I do? What should I do? What should I do? What should I do if my ear collapses? He assured me that it was an easy nose and not to worry. Haha. I tried to set the date as much as I wanted, and, instead, I made sure that it wasn't possible, and that it wasn't possible (removing the stitches early, removing the splint early, etc.), but I was sure to get the results I wanted. In order to make it, it was really the best to kindly tell me that ambiguous things are ambiguous, what is certain is certain, what can't be done cannot be done, and what can't be done is not. By saying this, I feel like I am being given advice by a pretty senior,,, (Pretty people are also kind-hearted,,, the best,,,,
