My brothers got their nose silicone put in on Monday, and they said 6.5mm of silicone went into it.

I've never heard of someone having a low nose in my life, but rather, I tend to have a bit of a nose. It wasn't there at all
 
, but I also had a curved beak, so I shaved it off and made a small incision. I did silicone on the tip of my nose and the bridge of my nose, and I asked to make it look prettier even if it was a little bumpy.
 
The silicone I used was 6.5mm at the highest point
 

. But I looked it up on the internet and found that the height was 4mm. I've seen a lot of posts saying -5mm and 2-3mm if it looks natural.
 
So I'm in a state of shock right now. I asked again after hearing 6.5mm.
 
For your information, I'm a guy. Isn't 6.5mm really high? I want to know what level it is.
 
I haven't taken off the splint yet and I will know only when the swelling goes down, but I can't do anything else because of the shock of having it put in so high...
