I'm worried because the swelling is so small a week after my double eyelid incision.

Today is my one week anniversary since I had my double eyelid surgery done via incision. If you watch YouTube or something, people who did it via incision are really swollen and plump after a week, but I have almost no swelling and my lines are thin, so even though it's been a month since I had the surgery, I can say that there's really no swelling. There wasn't much swelling from the first day of the surgery, but what I'm really worried about is that even though it's been a week and there's no swelling like this, I'm worried that it might go down completely or that I'll get double eyelid surgery after a lot of time has passed.
 Is there anyone who had very little swelling from the beginning like me, and whose lines were natural and thin, but as time passed, their lines stayed similar to a week ago and didn't get thinner? Am I just the type that doesn't get swollen easily?
