Double 2nd week line

It's been two weeks since I got double eyelid surgery, but I didn't like the lines from the first day, and I still don't like them ㅠㅠ
 My eyes are also fixed, and my mucous membrane is lifted now, so both sides are double ㅠㅠ I
 only had a partial incision in the front, and the back is still there and the swelling really doesn't go down ㅠ
 I think the incision was in the front, so the swelling in the front is worse?
 My eyes are almost triangles now, because of the swelling in the front ㅠㅠ
 Even when I searched for pictures on Google, there weren't many people with severe swelling in the front of their eyes ㅠㅠ
