Clown pinned/unpinned!

These days, there are places that perform non-pinned procedures instead of pinned cheekbones. (For example, ㅁㅇㄷㅇ) I wonder if pinned or non-pinned is better! I think the general opinion is that fixed is better, but people who did well with non-fixed said it was also okay... but it's difficult.
 
If I fix the pin, I'm worried about the pin remaining when I take a CT scan later, and if I remove the pin after surgery, it's an additional surgery, so I'm also worried... These days, they also use meltable pins instead of titanium to fix the pins... Also. The hospital I consulted with said that melting pins are an old method and that they are no longer used these days..ㅜ
