Is this the cost of rhinoplasty donor rib??

I went to A Plastic Surgery Clinic for a nose consultation.
 I will remove the nasal septum to raise the tip of the nose, but if the nasal septum is not enough, I will have to get another one.
 It's the same no matter which hospital you go to.
 Hospital A tells you to choose between donor ribs or mesh.
 Anyway, it is obvious that the nasal septum is insufficient, so you have to choose between the donor rib and the mesh. They
 
say 80 extra ribs for the donor rib and 20 extra mesh.
 
Many of the hospitals I went to said they would add 40 extra donor ribs, but
 isn't this hospital the only one with particularly high prices? Is the original donor rib this big?
 
At this price, isn't that just asking me to use mesh? Haha. So I'm thinking about just using mesh.
 
Is it worth adding 80 to the donation? ㅠㅠ
