Don't do as in a failed hospital

I had my first rhinoplasty, but my nose bridge was really high and the tip was crushed?
 They clearly said it was possible to get a nose job without using cartilage..ㅎ
 I was just annoyed and thought about getting it done again at another hospital, but I
 didn't want to spend the money, so I got after-sales service... (They used ear cartilage for the second time)
 Anyway, I had the second surgery and removed the cast, but there was a scar on the side of my nose?
 Should I just say the skin was dug? ㅋㅋㅋ Oh..
 I also got ear inflammation..
 It's been 2 years and the skin on the side is still dug^^
 I've been getting scar laser? for a few months now, but it seems the same
 . Don't get after-sales service at a hospital that failed you once...
