Guys.. can you loosen up your double eyelids and lower eyelids?? (with pictures)

<Before surgery><Now><Now 2>I got eyeliner done yesterday and
 my double eyelid is still swollen?? (It came undone once so I got it done again)
 
But I thought the left side (the right in the picture) was particularly swollen,
 but my double eyelid line changed strangely and
 when I woke up,
 I couldn't put strength into the ends unless I opened my eyes wide;
 
Those who have experienced undone undone undone will know that terrifying feeling when your eyes fold in an annoying way every time you close and open them
 , right before your double eyelids come undone...
 
Is this undone double eyelid??????
 Maybe I'm just sensitiveㅜ I don't know.
 
In cases like this, do they do double eyelid surgery again at the hospital??
