After rhinoplasty, the stitches on the nose incision line came out of the skin.

hello!! It's been 3 weeks since I had rhinoplasty.
 
Today, when I looked in the mirror, I saw something sticking out under my nose. After rhinoplasty, my nose got all oily, so I figured it would definitely bleed, but my nose hurts a lot!!
 
So, I thought the skin had come off, so I pulled it out again, but it didn't seem to be skin, so I looked closely and found that the stitches on the nose incision line had peeled through the flesh.
 
I called the plastic surgery clinic, but they said I should cut them short or come to the hospital because they said the stitches would dissolve. I cut them short first, but should I come to the hospital? ??
 
It's not a side effect, right? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Is there anyone other than me who has experienced this??
