(I have a pictureㅠ) This is my first rhinoplasty. Would it be okay to use donated dermis + autologous ribs without abdominal rhinoplasty?

It's my first surgery, but I
 was told not to reduce my nose and do an osteotomy because it would make my face look wider, so
 I originally suggested surgery with the bridge of the nose (silicone) + the bridge of the nose + the tip of the nose (autologous ribs) + the beak, but
 I was afraid of silicone contracture inflammation, so I had
 the bridge of the nose (donated) I want to do it by grinding the dermis) + the tip of the nose + the tip of the nose (self-costal) + the beak, but
 when I read the post in the community, it seems that most of the dermis and internal cost are not applied...
 Is it really not? ㅠㅠ Is it because it's not prettier than silicone?
