Rhinoplasty ENT specialist, plastic surgeon, please help me!

So I'm thinking about deciding on Estop, but after reading a lot of articles from Sungye Publishing, I'm thinking that I should just go to a plastic surgery clinic. I heard that if I get rhinitis treatment at a rhinoplasty hospital, the price for a revision surgery is around 250... I'm worried, so please give me some advice.
