<+다른 각도 사진도 추가해봤어><수술 전><+I added photos from different angles><Before surgery>I had a deviated septum + inferior turbinate hypertrophy + rhinoplasty. I did it with a non-prosthetic implant and a donor rib and nasal septum. The day the splint was taken off, it was fine, but from the second day onward, a difference began to appear... After the 2nd week, the doctor told me to keep wearing the splint until the 3rd week while I slept, and to watch the progress further to see if it could be swelling... ha... this. After looking into it, it looks like I have a saddle nose due to excessive removal of the nasal septum. Is that possible?ㅠㅠ I had an osteotomy, but I'm praying for the swelling from the osteotomy to still remain... Really, really, please... But everyone around me says... that doesn't seem to be the case.
It's quite functional. I looked into a place famous for plastic surgery and had it done by the director, but the results were so... I can only sigh...
I have a side job filming videos, so I have to bare my face and film a video starting next week... What should I do with this? .
