I am Japanese, and I used a translator to write this.
I recently underwent cleft lip and palate revision surgery at a hospital in Shinnonhyeon. The nose was more bent than before, the wounds on the philtrum were ruined, and the wounds on the tail wings became deeper.
I left a review in the hospital evaluation section, but the hospital discovered it and submitted a request for deletion to the operations office here. Nothing but the truth was written... but
the hospital did not provide any services or refunds, and instead demanded more money for reoperation.
So, I consulted with several law firms to conduct a trial in Korea. The price of the advance fee varies (5.5 million to 10 million won), and there are various companies such as those that have Japanese interpreters and those that specialize in medical litigation.
Has anyone ever sued a plastic surgery clinic due to a failed surgery?
And would there be any point in contacting the Consumer Agency or the Korea Medical Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Board?
