I had a contour consultation and placed a deposit for surgery.
The consultation fee was 50,000 won and I was debating whether to make a reservation because of the large surgery cost. The director told me that the consultation fee would be 50,000 won anyway. If I make a reservation now, I can get it all back 9 days before the surgery. I would just go ahead and make a reservation, but it would cost the same 50,000 won, so I made it. .
Since it was a major surgery, I set an undetermined date to calculate the schedule (the director did not say at this time that all unscheduled items would not be refunded), but when I called to cancel later, I was told that I would only receive a 90% refund, the same as 8 days before the surgery for an undetermined date.
We already explained everything to each other. It's even on the signed paper. So, I said I understood and looked at the paper, but no matter how much I looked, there was no mention of the surgery being undecided.
From 8 days before the surgery to cancellation on the day, it only says about damage costs at a time when it is unfavorable for them by percentage, etc. Am I strange for thinking this????
I would understand if they said it would be deducted if you make a reservation from the beginning, but if you make a reservation up to 9 days before the surgery, it is a 100% refund, but why is it a 90% refund if the surgery date is undecided?ㅠㅠ They say it's their rule... If it's a rule, it should be written down, but it's not even written down on paper, and it's while consulting with the director. Even though it is underlined in red and written in letters, there is no mention of that.. + I paid 50,000 won to induce a reservation, but they said it would be the same anyway and said nothing when they left the surgery
undecided. What do the officials think?? If it's a regular company, do you only get a 90% refund as the manager said? Or should I argue about it and get it back?
I don't know if I can attach part of the contract, but if I can't, I'll delete it right away. It says this. This includes the surgical procedure, but am I not reading it?
