I wrote this because I was frustrated while working at a real hospital.
If you want the hospital to do well, educate your employees properly.
If you have a marketing department or officials,
check to see if they are providing good guidance at your hospital. Even
if the surgery goes well and you receive good reviews,
the managers will guide you. It only takes a moment to ruin your reputation.
Even if the directors are good at performing surgeries,
if the guidance is crap, suspicions and distrust arise.
I can't stand it
when I see the shit that real directors do,
and I get so angry that I write a post about
it. And what on earth are the directors getting incentivized for and
receiving high salaries for doing well? ?
If I can't negotiate my salary this time, I'll just kick it and
try watching YouTube while solving stories about hospitals.
I think I'll be better at counseling than the director.
