It's a bit ambiguous to say it's behind the scenes at the hospital, though.

Really, the position of the director... I think it's great. If I were to be in a position where I sell my conscience like that, I would dry up and die within a few days... There are
 some people who don't, but he explains it as if he knows a lot about this and that, but he has no medical knowledge (really, it's just what I picked up... There are people who don't even know the names of the muscles involved in basic surgery, and there are people who openly talk about how much money they have. There are people who think they have had all the plastic surgery they can possibly do... They get a lot of criticism... Um... It's not ironic, but in a way, it really is. I think it's great
 
(I wrote this after going to several counseling sessions, listening to friends' counseling stories, and seeing and hearing that there are many brokers among the managers! Of course, there are good people too!)
