Is this a fucking nose? (Beware of photo)

After rhinoplasty, the tip of my nose went in beyond the wings and the columella also went in. I don't understand that the wings of my nose are sagging and the length of my nose has become shorter, but that's the most serious thing. It's just completely stupid and blunt.
You know photos are more natural. In reality, it looks like the tip of the nose has been cut off, and the columella line is visible from the front. If you look at it from the side, there is no columella and the 45-degree angle looks like someone just cut it off, so you can't raise your head.
When I first got the splint off, I was so surprised that it was completely cut, but the hospital said it would come down because I was so embarrassed.. 
 Yes, they paid a lot of money, but I was worried that it would swell, so I waited, but the shape itself didn't change and I don't think it will in the future. At first, people around me told me that I should wait and see if it's swelling, but now they're saying that I have to take it slow. If I'm the only one who can't get used to it, I just need to get used to it. People around me keep saying that I feel like I'm screwed, so I think I'm going to get sick. At the hospital, they call it swelling.

If it stays the same, even if this nose dies, I won't be able to live in society and I'll have to do something. If this is because the tip of the nose is raised, will it return to its original size if I lower it?
1. I am worried about whether I should lower it, 2. whether I should remove the tip of my nose completely, and
 3. whether I should have a reoperation.. Please write a comment if you know the surgeon well.
 
Is there anyone who had the tip of their nose come down from the front even though it was like that? As I was coming down, I couldn't tell if I was making a fuss or if I was really screwed.
 I deliberately did it in the most expensive place out of the blue. It's really annoying.
