Nose digging question on the 20th day of nose surgery..!!!

The inside of my nose is itchy. Above all, if you look inside your nose with a flashlight, you will see that the inside of the nostril is full of snot and blocking the pores. It is so stuffy and itchy that I try to dig
 
it with ointment on a sterile cotton swab about 2-3 times a week, but I also dig it with a sterilized cotton swab with nothing on it. As a finishing touch, I applied a lot of ointment to the inside and finished. I think I've cleaned my nose at home about 5 times since I took the splint off, but if
 
you dig inside your nose with a cotton swab, it won't make your nose look bigger or cause any side effects... Note 1~ I do it twice, but my nose is so stuffy.
