Is it normal to have facial paralysis/dental anesthesia around the mouth and the contour?

It's been 12 days since I had 2 types of contouring (wide angle and square angle). The swelling has gone down a lot, but of course it's still a lot. What worries me is that my lips and the area around my mouth feel so tight, like they were anesthetized when I had my wisdom teeth pulled, and I can't move them as I want. I understand the paresthesia, but it's more than paresthesia, it feels like some kind of hard facial paralysis? When I asked the hospital, they said it's a normal process of swelling going down, but their answers felt too mechanical (I had it done at a large hospital, and when I asked, it was the director, not the doctor, who answered, so I don't believe them). If you watch other review videos, their mouths don't move as unnaturally as mine. That's why I'm so worried. I'll ask for advice.
