Has anyone ever tried philtrum correction?

I'm looking into philtrum reduction, but since there are side effects here and there, it's hard to decide.
 They say it can also reduce scars, but I don't think I'm the type that gets scars easily, but just in case...ㅠㅠ
 
I've seen a lot of reviews saying it can also reduce concave nose, but I'm curious about real reviews from people who only got concave nose reduction.
 Right now, my philtrum line is a bit blurry, and when I measured it at home with a ruler, it was about 2.1.
