Today was the day to take 2nd week progress photos, so
I tried my best to take some pictures haha.
It's the 18th day and the upper bulge has come down a lot!!
My shoulder blades and back still hurt when I sleep, so I always use a massage ball or foam roller before going to bed. Otherwise, I won't be able to sleep well. Of course, it
hasn't even been 3 weeks. Haha, it's normal for the bone to not collect, but it's not there haha.
When does time pass?~~ ~
The feel is no longer hard or solid!!
When sitting, it feels okay to touch.
When lying down, it feels a little firmer than when sitting.
Even though it hasn't even been a month, I'm very satisfied with this level of touch.
From the second week on, my chest aches as if I'm physically achy.
