I want to have 2 types of chin augmentation and double jaw surgery, but is it possible with a total of 4 days off?

There was a similar post. I couldn't see the comments because my grade was low.
 Even if I take vacation, the maximum I can rest is 4 days. Excluding the day of surgery, is it possible to take 3 days off and then go to work?
 I'm working at a university hospital, so I wear a mask to work, so I think I can cover up the bruises, but I'm wondering if the swelling and pain will be okay,,, but I have to talk a lot at work, so I'm worried about my pronunciation.
 
Of the two, the one I really want to have is a chin surgery, but this one is okay. I wonder if it might be possible
