ㄱㄹㅎ Review of re-consultation!

First of all, I am on the thin side with a height of around 163cm and a weight of around 47-8kg, and I only have
 a lot of fat on my face haha . I have a long face with a long width and a short length (chin), but I tend to have a lot of facial fat, so my overall face is very round.
Since my face is somewhat fleshy,
 the cheekbones themselves are not sharp and protruding, but
 the side cheekbones are wide on the left and right.
My body was thin, but my face was very fat and wide, so it was very stressful to make my face look big.
In reality, it's not that big, but
 it's not that small either. My eyes are really big, so my facial features are gorgeous overall, but my face isn't thin or small, but it's round, so it doesn't suit me and looks burdensome.

When I went back, I told the director that what I was worried about was that if I just looked at the clown and thought, "Oh, it's really not that good," and that the

 it would cost twice as much effort and money, and I would have to use someone else's bone. I have no one to blame because I think and decide on my own, but
 if I had an unexpected surgery at the recommendation of the director and I didn't like it, I would have to have reconstructive surgery at that time, so I
 would regret it and suffer a lot.
Can you make me so pretty that I'll never regret it? I asked this very seriously, and the director said, “Yes.” Like this... hahahaha Qㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Anyway, after another consultation, I paid the deposit and decided to have the surgery in February!
