Pimple in your nose? Should I go to the hospital? Please watch it ㅜㅜ

When I woke up in the morning it was yellow? It
 looks like a pimple has popped up.
 I think it will come out if I squeeze it, but
 I'm scared to do it at home.
 It's been a little over a month since I had nose surgery.
 The hospital where I had the surgery is too far away. Should I go to an ENT doctor?
 Or should I wait
 ? It's itchy, but
 there's no
 swelling, redness, or heat. It just looks like a rash on the skin and pus that needs to be squeezed, but
 I can't squeeze
 the inside of my nose because I'm scared of bacteria getting in.
 It seems like it will come out if I squeeze it with a cotton swab,
