(Buried) Eyelids are thick

It's been about 2 weeks since I had double eyelid surgery, but the swelling in the lines has gone down and
 my eyelids have become very thick.
 
I have sunken eyes and don't have much fat above my eyes, so it goes under my eyebrows and shades them...? Do you know what it is? I had eyes like that, but
 now they are gone, and the top is so thick that the double eyelid line is buried inside and I can't see it well.
 
Is this also swelling..? I don't think it was like this at the beginning of the surgery, but as the swelling under the line goes down, it looks more prominent ㅠㅠㅠ
 
And maybe because of the strong fixation, the line is low but it's thick, so it's even weirder ㅠㅠ Will the line become more natural over time? ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
