Large hospital vs private hospital

I came in for a consultation today, but I'm not sure whether to choose a private hospital or a large hospital!

 In large hospitals, the staff felt a bit negligent and unfriendly, and the doctor seemed busy during the consultation. However, the procedure felt more systematic, including blood tests before surgery and an anesthesiologist onsite. Expensive..

 Private hospitals are friendly and thorough. The staff also explained things thoroughly, and when I consulted with the doctor, I felt like I was being consulted for a long time. It seems like follow-up care will go well. However, there were some places that did not have an anesthesiologist.
 
Which do you prefer?
I wonder if there will be a big difference with or without an anesthesiologist.
