It's difficult to cancel a surgery appointment

After all, it is harder to get the money back than to pay it, so
 they do cancel.. Why does it not work when I cancel a communication that was working so well?
 They said they would cancel right away when I made the payment, but why do they charge a fee? When I asked if there was a consultation fee for the first treatment, there was no consultation fee. I don't know why I can't pay with a credit card without giving my card number and information, but I have to visit...
 (I contacted them again a day later and they contacted me...) There was really only one place that gave me
 a clean refund without any ping-pong.
 
I made reservations at 6 places and requested cancellation at 3 places, and only 1 of them got my money back as normal...
 1 place requires a visit... 1 place had a medical fee + commission, so I got it back after deducting the cost... I
 will confirm the hospital in the future and get 2 I have to cancel more places, but it’s annoying hehe.
