Are there any examples of non-implant rhinoplasty using the periosteum behind the ears?

This time, I went to about three places for footwork, and at the hospital I decided on, I decided to use the periosteum behind the ear and the nasal septum to get a natural-looking line without implants. I was satisfied with the hospital because it met everything I wanted, so I made a reservation, but since it was my first visit, I was unfamiliar with the materials.
