I'm still contemplating surgery and if I do, I'll do it without implants. I thought there would be almost no inflammatory side effects with non-implants, but when I searched here, I found that there were more people with inflammation than I thought. But inflammation has a lot to do with immunity. I have a weak immune system, and starting next year, I have to work and take the civil service exam, but I'm worried that if my body gets weaker, I'll develop an infection. I'm prone to things like gastritis, and I'm the type of person who suddenly has a lot of things to worry about or gets headaches when I can't sleep, but I'm suddenly worried that if I get nose surgery, I'm prone to getting inflammation... Is there a case where you've had nose surgery when you have a weak immune system? How about inflammation or something? Or, even if you don't normally have a weak immune system, how does your nose react when you're tired or sick? And if inflammation occurs, it can't be cured with medicine? Even with non-implants, do you have to remove autologous cartilage from the tip of the nose?
