This is costal cartilage rhinoplasty.

This is my first surgery, but I want to use costal cartilage because my nose is short.
 I heard that silicone and other implants have limitations in how
 long they can be lengthened or
 raised. For a short nose... I don't think it can be filled with septal cartilage.
 I was thinking about autologous or functional costal cartilage, but
 I think mine is better than someone else's, so I'm looking into autologous costal cartilage.
 This is my first surgery, but I want it to be my last.
 That's why I'm looking into hospitals right now, but
 there aren't many places that use autologous costal cartilage.
 The place I'm looking into right now is Mijak Nose Lab & Plus.
 I trust them because they specialize in nose jobs, so I'm looking into
 it . Can you recommend anyone who had their surgery done there?
 I'm not going to consult with any other places
 (I've been going there a lot since last year...).
 I'm going to get my breasts done right after my nose surgery...
 There's no such thing as how long they'll give me to wait, right?
