3 types of hospital medicine for swelling Pumpkin juice
Cold compress for about 20 minutes right after waking up
(This is really effective. It reduces swelling from sleep.
I don't have a picture, but if you don't do it, your face will be the same as a few days ago...)
Warm
compress
On the 5th day of Cravy,
I didn't walk 10,000 steps in the morning.
I went to the hospital in Seoul for 3 hours, stayed 30 minutes, and came back in 3 hours...
I had a laser treatment for swelling and removed scabs from my scalp.
Because of the time I spent sleeping on the bus, I felt more puffy than usual.
I made up the 20,000 steps I missed in the evening and walked a few thousand more!
However, because it was a local festival period, I ate takoyaki, tteokbokki, chicken skewers, and churros for dinner on the 5th day.
On the dinner of the 6th day, I ate fried shrimp and churros porridge.
Hahaha
. But, I took swelling medicine and walked, so it was okay.
From the surgery to the 4th day, I applied a lot of bruise cream. It's faded so I don't apply it anymore~ If you look at the previous post, the bruises were so bad!!
Bruise cream is effective, so make sure to prepare it for those who undergo surgery and
apply it thickly. I wrote about when to apply it in the previous post. Oh,
my God, be sure to take off your hat and mask when going for a walk!! The cool air
helps the swelling go down.
