I'm debating whether to get epicanthoplasty or not.

I'm definitely planning on doing incisions and eye correction, but I'm wondering whether I should get an epicanthoplasty or not.
 I don't have Mongolian fold, but they say epicanthoplasty is a good idea to make the eye shape cooler.
 I had a reoperation and my eyes look full, so incisions are absolutely necessary, so I'm worried about what to do with the epicanthoplasty. ㅠㅠㅠ
 There are two places I'm considering, ㅍㄹㅁㅇ and ㅋㄹㅁ.
 At ㅍㄹㅁㅇ, the director recommended epicanthoplasty because
 it's his style to make people look prettier, and at ㅋㄹㅁ, he said it wasn't necessary, and seemed to have a style of recommending only what's needed without excessive treatment.
 But I listen to both of them. If you look at it, it seems like it's true haha.
 Are there any of you who don't have severe Mongolian folds and have tried epicanthoplasty? Are you satisfied??
 The hospital said it wasn't an excessive tear and it didn't leave a scar.
