I'm a person with sleep apnea and have no chin, so is there a case of having chin advancement and genioglossus advancement done at the same time?
There are many people who say that genioglossus advancement is not effective.
If you are going to advance the chin anyway, it seems right to also do genioglossus advancement as well. However,
there seem to be only about 3 to 4 plastic surgery clinics that do this, and if you advance the chin, they do not charge the cost of genioglossus advancement.
Is this effective? If anyone has tried it, please let me know
