Don't you think it's weird to get plastic surgery and then criticize someone else for getting it?ㅠㅠ

I have a friend who I've known for 10 years, and 2 out of 4 of us got double eyelid surgery.
 
One of them is a total natural, but her eyes are naturally big and her nose is high, so her nickname is "Indian beauty" (her skin is a bit dark)
 .
Anyway, we happened to talk about our high school friends, and the Indian beauty said - The class president got married, did you see her picture? She's completely transformed.
 It looks like she got her eyes and nose done. You can't be that pretty without it. One of them who agreed with me got double eyelid surgery and
 chest surgery
, and since I haven't seen a picture of me and the other person who got it, I just quietly listened (I got my nose done and got it done, but she seemed to not notice..ㅠㅠ)
