Has anyone had a long-lasting bruise after nose surgery? ㅠ

I slightly shaved my beak and got a bruise all over my eye.
 After the bruise went away, I was left with only a bruise near the dark circle under my eye.
 But even though it's been a month, I still have a little yellow bruise under my eye.
 It's not that bad, but my original dark circle was so bad that it formed in conjunction with the dark circle. I really look like a panda and it's okay when I put on makeup, but after the makeup comes off in the afternoon, I look really tired...
 At first, I thought the bruise was just going away, but
 now I don't know if it's a bruise or pigmentation or if it's going away.
 Is there anyone like this? If I tell the hospital, will they take action?
 If they don’t do it, should I personally go to the dermatologist again? Hahaha
