Inquiry about side effects due to redness at the tip of the nose

hello. About five years ago, I had a 3mm silicone lift on the tip of my nose and nasal bridge.
 
During this time, my nose was a little itchy when I was tired, but I was doing well without any major side effects. Because of my constitution, I don’t drink alcohol.
 
But this morning, the tip of my nose was red.
 Maybe it was because I scratched it while I was sleeping, but I thought it would get better after a while, but even though it got better, the skin redness didn't go away until the evening.
 Could this be due to an inflammatory reaction in the nose??
 
I think I need to go to the hospital to see how it progresses for a few more days. How long should I wait? I'm a little worried because this is my first time doing something like this.
