<현재 코 상태><Current nose condition>Silicone buildup was slowly coming on, so
I had a revision nose surgery
using donated dermis and ear cartilage. Since my
nose was short , I slightly lengthened my nose with a septum. Since
my skin is thick, I didn't expect much from it coming out thin,
and I just wanted the snub-like appearance
to improve, but it was natural and good at first
. The dermis is being absorbed too much. Maybe it
's because there is stretched skin where the silicone was inserted, but
after the dermis is absorbed, facial wrinkles appear on the bridge of the nose.
When I went back to the consultation to see the progress after a year and a half,
the doctor acknowledged that a lot of the dermis had been absorbed, so
I could try adding filler or something like that. They say
that the best way is to raise
the height by adding more donated dermis
, and they provide just the cost of the materials. They asked if the tip of the nose would become thinner
during the surgery,
so they collected a little more ear cartilage and corrected it.
The manager told me the price. He said
he would do the material cost, anesthesia fee, and nose tip correction
for 1 million won including VAT. Do you think the price is good?
I will upload a picture of my nose condition. Please take a
look. I should not be too greedy and just add the bridge of my nose back in.
I am wondering
if I should do it all the way to the tip of my nose
. Please take a look at the picture and give me honest advice.
