after three or four months. It was better than before, but my face still looked awkward and my nose looked spread out.
Before I had this surgery, I had heard that it was okay, and my nose was a little noticeable because I was thin, so it looked artificial, but it seemed to suit my face, so I lived with that in mind. But after this surgery, I thought it was okay

and then asked them to lower the chin again, and they got so angry that they told me to design everything and decide on the height, and I had to pay an additional fee. I decided to lower the height as much as possible and decided on the chin design, so I had the surgery again. I touched the inside of my mouth so much that I got a bulge on my chin, so I got walnut wrinkles that weren't there when I closed my mouth... I don't really like the chin, but I still think my design is good, and I forgot about it because of the cleavage, but the nobleman's nose is still spread out. .. I turned it down a lot and it seems to have spread out a little, so it doesn't look very strange when I look at my face, but when I take pictures, it's very noticeable...
In the past, when I took pictures, a lot of things came out well, but these days, the pictures don't come out as weird as before, so I don't take pictures often. The facial expression is also awkward... But I'm worried that if I take it out, my nasolabial folds will get worse. I invested a lot of money, but it's a waste. The surgery fee here is very expensive. I had it done 2 years ago, so I'm worried that my nasolabial folds may have gotten worse. I also thought about getting a nose job because it was a bit expensive... Before that, it wasn't that I didn't like the shape of my nose, but the silicone seemed to show through, so anyone could see that my nose looked like I had had a nose job.
