Do you have any experience treating columella scars from nose surgery?

Laser treatment... Or, new acupuncture needles, etc.
 The columella area does not regenerate as well as other parts, and
 if you ask the directors of plastic surgery clinics,
 they say that scars do not get better even after treatment.
 Is this true?
 I'm currently receiving laser treatment, but
 I've only had it a few times, but
 I can't really feel any improvement.
 I've had scar treatment done at other places, but I haven't seen any improvement at all.
 
But the place I'm currently receiving treatment at is the one where I got treatment for the columella scar. Looking at the before and after, it's really true. It's gotten a lot better ㅠ
 I'm trying to trust it and accept it, but
 
this... I don't think it's manipulation... ?
 But I'm worried that I'll be wasting money because everyone says they should try scar care.
 Are there any cases where people have seen results after receiving scar treatment?
