I posted this on another cafe, but I haven't made up my mind yet, so I'm posting it here.
I'm in the early 150's and weigh 55kg
. I was originally a typical lower body obese, but this year, as my weight rapidly increased, I gained weight in my upper body as well.
(For now, I'm thinking about fat loss in my thighs)
Overall, my lower body volume has increased. It's on the large side, but when I looked at it with my eyes, other than the inside and front of the thighs, I didn't really have any concerns about the buttocks or riding area.
The other day, I went to get a consultation for diaphragm, and when I looked at the ultrasound,
I was really surprised to see 4 cm in the waist, 2 cm in the inner corner, and 2 cm in the front of the body.
The doctor who was counseling me also said that my buttocks and riding line were pretty, and that it was a matter of personal preference whether to remove it or not, so I ended up debating. I decided to do the inner thigh + front + knee, excluding horseback riding, but I'm so worried that I might regret not doing horseback riding.,,
Personally, what I want for my legs
: No gaps, please
: Smooth the inner skin of the knees
: I want legs that are somewhat fleshy and have lines rather than bony legs.
