Maybe it's because I originally had fat under my nose, but the incision was made on the outside of my nose, but it was done on the inside instead of where my nose connects to my face. So, it's very awkward because of that line, and it's very stressful because the columella goes in and the bottom of the nose looks like a W shape. Do I need to raise the wings of the nose and have the nose bridge reduced again??
It's annoying because my columella is receding and the lines on my nose are so visible. It's been 1 month now.
