Is columella repair a complicated surgery?

I had surgery last Monday and had the stitches removed this Monday, but the scar finish doesn't look good. It's floating because the connection is not good. Is sewing a complicated surgery? I went to the hospital and they just told me to wait and there was no problem, but they kept talking back and I almost got into a fight with the doctor. I
 need to go to another hospital and get stitching, but if anyone knows, please help me.
 The reason my nose looks crooked is because the angle shows the scar well. My nose isn't crooked that much. In
 the second picture. If you look at it, the short yellow line is the disconnected side. The photo was taken with the left and right flipped.
 It's hard to explain, but if you look at the first photo, the cut part is not connected all the way, so like in the second photo, the yellow line is short and a bit vertical.
