Is it common for the tip of the nose to become lower as the scar on the tip of the nose is removed?

Oh my... I don't know how many times I've been to Seongye Plastic Surgery Clinic.
 
It's been two months since I had the surgery and
 the tip of my nose is so hard like a scar
 , I'm really dissatisfied with the shape...
 My nose bridge was a bit high so I got the beak ground down and the tip of my nose lifted with a non-implanted prosthesis, but it feels like the tip of my nose is too high...ㅋ ㅠ
 The hospital said it was swelling, but
 
are there any cases where the tip of the nose gets lower as the scar on the bridge of the nose goes away...??
 And the scar usually goes away within 2-4 months...? ㅜ
 
I feel bad for myself for not being able to give up and trying to keep hopeful... I don't want to have another surgery that much ㅜ
