Is there a way to make the back line invisible when performing inner double eyelid surgery? (Attach pictures)

The two people in the photo both underwent inner double eyelid surgery.
 
The first person
 
has a high double eyelid line above the corner of the eye, as indicated by the red arrow.
 
However, the second person had inner double eyelid surgery, and
 
the corner of the eye and the double eyelid line were so close together
 
that it gave the illusion that they were peerless and had cool eyes.
 
Even though they underwent the same double eyelid surgery, some people
 
have a strong feeling that they have double eyelids because the lines behind the inner double eyelids are separated from the eye corners, like the eyes in the first picture. However,
 
for some people, the outer lines of the inner double eyelids are close to each other, making them look like double eyelids
 
. How do I get the treatment to look like the first picture?
