I recommend 100 units of Botox for square jaw. Is this okay?

Without thinking, I went to the hospital to get Botox, but the counselor looked at me and said that I would need about 100 units of Botox for my square jaw to be effective...
 
And contour injections? He said that cosmetic injections would be effective for the face, and lastly, I tried getting salivary gland botox, but that was not recommended..??
 
But I went with the intention of only getting 50 units, so I was embarrassed by the news about 100 units, so I went to another nearby hospital for consultation, and they also talked about 100 units... ? Then, can I just get 100 units? ? And I'm contemplating whether or not to get fat dissolving injections (contouring injections), so what should I do?
